Pink Sugar Pumpkin Soap Bar

Let me be totally honest with you for a moment. Pink Sugar Pumpkin was actually a mistake. Faire season was a 7 day-a-week work schedule for not only the 9 weeks of the show, but also the weeks leading up to it.   While making Sugar Pumpkin Chai candles my fragrance bottle didn't have enough chai, so I reached for what my exhausted brain thought was the back up. Well, the backup was actually a Pink Sugar type of fragrance. I was in too deep to back out, so I went with it figuring it would be a shelf place holder for the other more well-loved favorites.  Imagine my surprise when they sold out first in the dead of summer. 

Real pumpkin puree adds the rich color and extra luscious lather. The color darkens to a dark caramel to medium brown with time. This is totally normal.
